For all non mentioned points the general terms (AGB) of the hotel industry are valid.

Rooms and prices

Prices are per person (with an occupancy of 2 persons in double rooms) and are dynamic for different periods.

For single use of a double room we charge a supplement of + 50 %.

• Children until 5,9 years are free in their parent's room (if the room is intended for more than 2 persons)

• Children between 6 and 11 years pay Euro 30,00 per night incl. half board.

• Children between 12 and 15 years pay Euro 40,00 per night incl. half board.

• Children from 16 years and 3rd or 4th person in the room get a reduction of 30 % on the adult rate.

Extra beds and cots we offer for free.

The whole hotel is a non smoking area.
Towels, Bahtrobes and bags are provided for your stay.
Check In/Check Out

Check in starts at 2 p.m. until 9 p.m.

Please inform us if you will arrive later.

A daily arrival is possible.

Prior your arrival we will send you a pre check in form - please fill out to accelerate the check in and to grant a non contact check in.

If you want to arrive earlier than 2 p.m. for using our wellness area please contact us in advance.

The checkout is from 7 to 10 a.m.
Pets

Pets are allowed in special rooms
with registration in advance,
but the entrance into the restaurant or the wellness area is not allowed for dogs.

The supplement payment is Euro 20 per day (without food),
non depending from the size of the dog. Only 1 pet per room.
For non registrated pets the hotel is allowed to charge additionally
a penalty and a cleaning charge.

Strong pollutions or damages will be charged additionally.

If pets stay alone in the room please inform the reception.

Please note that the house rules
are valid anyway.
Guarantee

Depending on the booked rate category a prepayment is necessary. Also without a prepayment the reservation stays valid.

Payment and Cancellations

We accept cash and credit cards (EC, Visa und Master Card).

For early departure or later arrivals we charge the full amount.

Cancellation fees are mentioned separately or the terms and conditions of the hotel industry are valid.(AGBs der Hotellerie).
Cancellation insurance

We recommend to insure your booking at your insurance company or at the Europäischen Reiseversicherung.
Cancellation fee

No shows or later arrivals will be charged with the total amount.

We ask you to inform us about allergys in advance.

We also offer vegetarian cuisine.
Minibar

There is no minibar in the guest rooms. That is our contribution to the environmental and energy crises.

But alternatively we offer a free room service from 7am to 11pm to ensure cool drinks anyway.
Own drinks and food

It is not allowed to bring own drinks or food into the public premises of the hotel.

Incurred costs (corkage, use of dishes, disposal) will be charged.

The consuming of own drinks and food in the guest rooms basically is not allowed. We recommend to you to contact the reception in advance.
